Delete Account Process

If you have registered on the U-Test app and would like to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

1) Login to the U-Test app using your email address and password
2) Tap your initials in the top right hand of the screen
3) Select “Delete Account” from the options available

You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account by re-entering your password and pressing the “Delete” button. Please note your account will remove all of your personal information from our databases and this process cannot be undone.

Implementation of Process

This process shall be deemed effective as of 16th November 2025. No part of this process shall have retroactive effect and shall thus apply only to matters occurring on or after this date. This process has been approved and authorised by:
