Processing & Dispatch Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2.00pm PM GMT will typically be processed the same day.
- Delays: Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options based on location and urgency:
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days)
- Next-Day Delivery (Order before 2 PM GMT)
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 7-20 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment on our website or the courier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@u-test.co.uk.
Shipping Restrictions
- Some products may have restrictions due to local regulations, customs policies, or hazardous material classifications.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Tracking & Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress. For orders sent to a pickup point, locker, or collection location, delivery is considered complete once the order has been collected, as confirmed by the carrier's collection record (scan, PIN entry, or signature). Until collection, your order is tracked and held securely at the chosen location.
- Non-Receipt or Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or you cannot locate it at your pickup point, please contact us at info@u-test.co.uk within [7 days] of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated. Any refund or replacement will be issued once that investigation is complete.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, email us at info@u-test.co.uk within [5 days] of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes in your country.
- Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees.
- If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@u-test.co.uk.
- Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.
