Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Used, altered, or opened products.
- Items without original packaging or with damaged packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Packaging: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please include your name and order number inside the package.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Inspection & Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the item is not eligible, we will notify you and arrange to ship it back at your expense.
- Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@u-test.co.uk within 5 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
- If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Address Corrections
- If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a shipping refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
