The Low Energy bundle contains a Vitamin D Deficiency Test and an Iron Deficiency Test. These are two separate home screening kits. They do not assess every possible cause of low energy, and results cannot diagnose the cause of tiredness.

Use each kit according to its own leaflet, including sample collection and result timing. If a result is outside the stated range, or you have ongoing symptoms, discuss it with your GP. A result within range does not rule out other causes or replace medical advice.
